The image is a reference to the Biblical story of Jonah (you know, the guy who got eaten by a whale) and the season of Lent. Since moving to Bend, nights after work have involved a lot more beer and, uh, bowling than was previously the norm. The two were combined last night when Faceout Studio was challenged to a Bowling 4 Beer gig down at the local alley by the great group of folks over at TBD Advertising.

The winning group had to buy the non-winning group beer at the Deschutes Brewery Pub. We rallied and won by the narrowest of margins. Our average bowler score was 104.85. The TBD crew netted an average of 104.35. By the time they demanded a recount, we were already at Deschutes Brewery working on our second round of their now famous Jubel 2010.
